Leadership Training Services

I have been designing and delivering leadership training since 2003, and have worked with hundreds of leaders and their teams since that time. 

My leadership training is transformative. As in my executive coaching, I utilize vertical development as the underpinning of my leadership training work. I emphasize new experiences and new kinds of conversations so that leaders can grow themselves as they grow the people they lead. 

My programs have been designed and delivered in both the private and public sectors. I have provided training in a  variety of organizations including healthcare, mental health, big pharma, internet technology, digital marketing, personal development, and the federal government. 

Leadership training can be offered as two hour, half day, full day, and multi-day programs in either in-person or virtual formats.

This really works!
